Who I am
This website, leahymarketing.ie, is run by Stephen Leahy, a digital marketing specialist based in Ireland. For the purposes of data protection law, I am the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact me through the contact page.

Who I share information with
I use trusted service providers to run this site and to handle enquiries, such as website hosting and analytics. I use HubSpot to manage my contacts and to send emails. They may process information on my behalf, only for these purposes. I may also share information where the law requires it. I do not sell your information.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some providers, including Google and HubSpot, may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, I rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, as provided by those companies.
How long I keep information
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with your request and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards.
- Mailing list details: until you unsubscribe.
- Comments and their metadata: until the comment is removed.
- Analytics data: for the retention period set in my analytics settings.
- Security logs: for a limited period, then deleted.
Your rights
Under data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you;
- ask me to correct anything that is wrong;
- ask me to delete your information in certain circumstances;
- ask me to restrict or object to how I use it;
- ask for your information in a portable format, where this applies; and
- withdraw your consent at any time, where I rely on consent. This does not affect earlier use.

Security
I take reasonable steps to protect the information collected through this site, but no website or internet transmission is completely secure.
Children
This website is not aimed at children, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
